Sage Loss Consulting is a Texas based public insurance adjusting and appraisal firm built around one core principle: insurance claims should be handled accurately, objectively, and in accordance with the policy, not assumptions, shortcuts, or incomplete documentation.

We represent policyholders during one of the most technical and stressful moments they will face as property owners. Our role is to bring structure, clarity, and professional advocacy to a process that is often overwhelming and imbalanced. We do not work for insurance companies. We work for the insured, ensuring losses are properly documented, supported, and presented so claims can be evaluated on their merits.

Sage Loss Consulting was founded by Asher Ware, a licensed Texas Public Insurance Adjuster with hands on experience across construction, catastrophe response, and complex property loss evaluation. Asher’s background is not limited to claims handling alone. He grew up working in the trades and developed practical knowledge in roofing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, flooring, water mitigation, and structural damage assessment long before entering the insurance side of the industry. That foundation allows claims to be evaluated not just from a paperwork perspective, but from a real world construction and repair standpoint.

Over the years, Asher has worked on losses across multiple states and has responded to major catastrophic events, including hurricanes, tornadoes, and widespread freeze losses. This experience shaped a clear understanding of how claims should be built, how damage presents differently across structures, and where claims most commonly fail when they are under documented or improperly scoped.

At Sage Loss Consulting, we approach claims methodically. Nearly every insurance policy places specific duties on the insured after a loss, most importantly the duty to document and prove the loss. Insurance carriers do not build claims for policyholders. They evaluate what is presented. If damages are missed, unsupported, or poorly explained, they are often excluded. We step in to take on that burden.

Our work involves detailed inspections, damage identification, policy analysis, and claim strategy. We use state of the art technology, including thermal imaging cameras, moisture mapping, drones, 3D measurement tools, and advanced documentation methods, to identify and support damages that are often overlooked or disputed. When personal property is involved, we assist with contents analysis to ensure those losses are properly captured and supported.

Equally important, we understand insurance policies. We analyze policy language, endorsements, exclusions, and conditions, and we stay informed on Texas insurance statutes and regulations that govern how claims must be handled. This allows us to identify when claims are being under scoped, delayed, or improperly limited, and to address those issues using the policy and applicable law, not opinion or emotion.

Sage Loss Consulting does not take a one size fits all approach. Some claims require direct negotiation and ongoing claim management as a Public Adjuster. Others are best resolved through appraisal, where valuation disputes can be addressed through a structured, policy provided process. In either role, our focus remains the same: clear documentation, professional communication, and defensible positions supported by evidence.

We believe professionalism matters. Our goal is not to create conflict or inflate claims, but to ensure that losses are fully and accurately represented so policyholders have the opportunity to be properly indemnified and restore their property to its pre loss condition.
